    Constellation Brands reports its share count separately for Class A and Class B stock, and the SEC data feed publishes only figures that are not broken out by class — so the combined diluted count every per-share number in the read divides by is not in the data we can read. Recovering it from net income and earnings per share does not work either, because those are filed per class too.
