- Caution: What is missingCorteva spun off its seed business as a separate company, Vylor, on 1 October 2026, and its newest annual report, for 2025, still consolidates it. Our fair value is built from typical free cash flow over five years, so the base it would use describes a company Corteva is no longer. The 2026 annual report is the first to show the remaining business on its own, and a five-year base that reflects it is several filings further out; until then any fair value we published would rest on cash flows that have largely left the company.
