- Caution: What is missingBaxter sold its Vantive kidney-care business — roughly a third of its revenue — to Carlyle in February 2025, and its newest annual report, for 2024, still consolidates it. Our fair value is built from typical free cash flow over five years, so the base it would use describes a Baxter a third larger than the one that trades. The 2025 annual report is the first without Vantive; a five-year base that reflects the change is several filings further out.
